You know exactly what's broken.

Client intake lives in three different places: email, a form, and a spreadsheet someone manually updates

Invoices get created manually every week because no one has set up the trigger

Follow-up emails depend on someone remembering, and sometimes they don't

A weekly report takes 2 hours because it's copy-paste from four different sources

Onboarding only works right when a specific person is in the office to do it

You've meant to fix it for months, but there's never time to actually fix it

That's what this sprint is for.

What happens, day by day

Days 1–2

Diagnosis & Design

We map the current workflow, identify the actual bottleneck, and agree on the solution in writing. You review and approve before we build anything.

Days 3–6

Build & Test

We build the automation in n8n, connecting to the tools you already use. We test it, break it, fix it, and test again. You check in at a midpoint. We're not disappearing for a week.

Day 7

Handoff

You receive everything needed to own this going forward:

  • A working, live automation in your environment
  • A written step-by-step process guide your team can follow without us
  • A recorded screen-share walkthrough with narration
  • 2 weeks of follow-up support included

Pricing

Fixed fee, agreed before we start. No hourly billing. No surprise invoices.

Is the Sprint right for you?

Good fit

  • You have one specific workflow that costs someone time every week
  • You use mainstream tools: Gmail, Slack, Airtable, HubSpot, Calendly, QuickBooks, Stripe, Typeform, or similar
  • You want a working system delivered, not just a recommendations doc
  • You can commit 2–3 hours across the week for calls and review

Not a fit (yet)

  • You have 5+ broken workflows and no idea which to fix first (start with a triage call, we'll help you prioritize)
  • You need custom software built from scratch
  • You can't commit any time during the week for review checkpoints
  • You're not sure automation is the right solution (the triage call will answer this)

Questions

Can one sprint really fix it in 7 days?

If the scope is tight, yes. The triage call is specifically designed to find the one bottleneck with the highest return. We won't take on a sprint we can't deliver in 7 days.

What if I have more than one broken workflow?

Start here. Clients who complete a sprint and see results typically continue with an Ops Automation Buildout. One win at a time is the right approach.

What tools can you automate?

We build automations in n8n, which connects 400+ apps natively: Gmail, Slack, Airtable, HubSpot, Calendly, QuickBooks, Stripe, Typeform, and more. n8n is free to self-host or available as a paid cloud service. If you use it, we can probably automate it.

What if the workflow turns out to be more complex?

We confirm scope before we start. If something is out of scope, we tell you on Day 1, not Day 7. Scope is agreed in writing before kickoff.

Do I need my own server or infrastructure?

Not usually. Most Sprint automations run in the cloud or connect existing SaaS tools. If infrastructure is needed, we'll discuss options on the triage call.

What happens after the 2 weeks of support?

You own everything we built. If you want ongoing support, we offer Monthly Automation Ops. If something breaks outside the support window, hourly support is available.
