Who we are
DataNova Consulting LLC ("DataNova", "we") is a Washington State company. We sell an after-hours AI receptionist to HVAC and trades businesses and build workflow automation for small businesses. Questions about this policy go to sales@datanovaconsulting.com.
This website
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count page views and button taps. It does not use cookies and does not store your IP address or anything that identifies you. If you book a call, Calendly collects the name, email and time you give it under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we keep the email to reply to you.
The demo phone line
Calls to our demo line, (360) 399-6614, are answered by an AI receptionist and are recorded and transcribed. The receptionist says so at the start of every call. We keep recordings and transcripts to improve the service and to follow up with callers who ask about it. Anything you tell the demo (a name, address or phone number) is treated as a test and is not sold or shared. Say "delete my call" in an email to the address above and we will remove it.
The receptionist service for our customers
When a business uses our receptionist, calls to that business are recorded and transcribed with notice to the caller, as Washington law requires. Call details (caller's name, callback number, address, the problem described and any booked appointment) are sent to the business that owns the phone line and placed on that business's calendar. We process this information on the business's behalf and do not use it for our own marketing. Recordings and transcripts are kept for the length of the customer's service and deleted on request.
Advertising
We run ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Meta reports aggregate results to us (impressions, clicks, calls started from an ad). We do not upload customer lists to Meta and do not run the Meta pixel on this site.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to run the service: telephony carriers, a speech and language-model provider for the receptionist, Google Calendar for bookings, and email hosting. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing sales@datanovaconsulting.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
