Your documents know the answer. Finding it takes too long.
Someone spends hours digging through PDFs, scans and email attachments to find one fact
Staff retype the same fields from invoices, applications or forms into another system
Files are named inconsistently and filed wherever someone happened to save them
The records are confidential, so uploading them to a public AI tool is not an option
We build the system once, on your own server or private cloud, and it keeps working.
How the pilot works
Pick one document type
Leases, invoices, applications, case files, inspection reports: we choose the one that costs you the most time, agree on the fields and questions that matter, and set up secure intake on your infrastructure.
Build and tune
OCR, full-text and meaning-based search, automatic classification and structured extraction, checked against your real documents until the results are right.
Handoff
- A working system processing your document type end to end
- Search and AI summaries your team can use the same day
- Extracted data exported to a spreadsheet or your existing system
- Written documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and 30 days of fixes
Pricing
Fixed price agreed before we start. Hosting and any AI usage are billed at cost, never marked up.

Questions
Where does our data go?
It stays on your server or private cloud. By default nothing is sent to a third-party AI service; if a cloud model would help, we discuss it with you first and it is your choice.
What kinds of documents work?
Scanned paper, PDFs, images, email attachments and office files. Handwriting and poor scans work less well; we test your real samples before committing to the pilot.
Have you built this before?
Yes. See the document intelligence case study: we run the same approach on a private document set today.
Do we need our own server?
A small server or private cloud instance is enough for most pilots. If you don't have one, we set it up as part of the work and you own it.
