Call the demo: (360) 399-6614

It's a demo line. Book a pretend furnace repair and try to trip it up.

The first shop to answer gets the job.

It's 9:47 PM. Someone's furnace just died. They're calling down the list until a human (or something that sounds like one) picks up.

Your voicemail says "leave a message." They don't. They call the next company.

Your answering service takes a message and hands you a slip in the morning. The job went elsewhere at 10 PM.

You answer the phone yourself at midnight because the alternative is losing a $400 service call. Or a full replacement.

One booked service call a month pays for this.

What happens when someone calls after hours

Ring 1

It answers in your company's name

Calls forward to the receptionist after hours, or whenever nobody picks up. It greets callers as your company, tells them the call is recorded, and asks what's wrong in their own words.

Minute 1

It gets the details and spots the emergency

Name, address, callback number, what the system is doing, read back to confirm. A gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm gets one instruction before anything else: leave the house and call 911 or the gas company. That call is flagged as an emergency in your summary. No heat is urgent and gets the earliest window.

Minute 2

It books the job on your calendar

It offers the earliest open window from your real schedule, confirms the day and time, and puts the appointment on your calendar with everything the caller said. If nothing is open, it tells the caller the office will phone them first thing in the morning.

Minute 3

You get the summary

An email lands in your inbox within a minute of the call: who called, from where, what's wrong, whether it's an emergency, and what got booked. The recording and transcript are kept.

  • Caller name, phone and address
  • The problem, in the caller's words
  • Emergency flag
  • Appointment or callback window

Pricing

One price. No setup fee, no contract, no separate usage bill. Cancel anytime, 30-day money-back.

Is this for you?

Good fit

  • You run an HVAC, heating or plumbing company in Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish or Island County
  • After-hours calls go to voicemail, to your own cell, or to an answering service that only takes messages
  • You run your schedule in Google Calendar, or you're open to it (other calendars on request)
  • You want it set up for you, not a do-it-yourself app

Not a fit (yet)

  • You need outbound calling or texting campaigns (we only answer inbound calls)
  • You want it to quote prices or diagnose equipment over the phone (it collects, flags and books; your tech diagnoses)
  • You're outside Washington State (ask anyway; the service area is a choice, not a limit)

Questions

Is it a real person?

No. It's an AI receptionist, and it says so if a caller asks. Callers hear a natural voice that listens, asks follow-up questions and books the job. Call the demo line and judge for yourself.

Does it replace my daytime staff?

Only if you want it to. Most shops forward calls to it after hours and when the line is busy, and keep answering themselves during the day. You choose when it picks up, which also sets your usage.

What about emergencies?

A gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm gets one instruction: leave the house and call 911 or the gas company. It won't book until the caller says they're safely outside, and the call is flagged as an emergency in your summary. It never gives repair or safety advice beyond that, and it never asks who lives in the home.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Keep your number. You set up call forwarding from your existing phone system (we walk you through it), and calls reach the receptionist only when you want them to.

Are calls recorded?

Yes, and the receptionist says so at the start of every call. Washington requires everyone on the call to know. Recordings and transcripts are kept for you.

What if it goes down?

If the receptionist can't answer, the call falls through to your regular voicemail. That fallback is part of every setup.

How long does setup take?

About a week. We learn your services, service area, hours and booking rules, connect your calendar, and test it with you before a single customer call goes to it.

Who's behind it?

DataNova Consulting, a veteran-owned business in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. We build and run it; you get one monthly bill and a person to call.
